Our trailers are built to last as proven with this trailer we built in 1996, one of two double pod trailers built for British Telecom. It was a bit neglected when it came to us having been on the continent for many years. We gutted the insides, fitted a new internal skin, added another deck onto it and fitted a pod which forms a staircase to enable easy access from the inside to the upper deck without losing internal space with a staircase. The generator was taken out and re-fitted, a new air conditioning system fitted, rewired completely and LED colour-change effect lighting added in the pods. Then a 65″ LED screen was built into the new cupboards and new floors fitted. Along with this we cut out the nearside pod and fitted a hydraulic canopy and fold back windows with handrails so that it can go out as an open stage unit. New steps and polished stainless handrails as well as a new paint job completed the extensive refurbishment.
Everyone who sees it thinks its a new trailer and they are partly right, its designed to be eye-catching with its massive Jumbrella canopies on the upper deck and fold down handrailing with graphic panels. The upper deck even has its own infra-red heating and LED lighting under the canopies for those summer nights on the terrace.
