Neat Vehicles have produced a 3,500 Kg Mobile Sales Vehicles for Vaillant, part of the Vaillant Group based locally in Derbyshire. The vehicle was built on a Renault Master platform cab, which was supplied by Prohire Contract Hire and extended to give a 4.7 metre body. These units are designed to be easy to drive, set up and operate being self contained with generator, fuel tank and air conditioning. They can be set up in minutes and they have four boilers fitted inside along with smart tvs, wi-fi, I pad, and internal graphics to give potential customers an insight into the workings of the boilers they produce. They have live controls to enable them to show how they operate. The canopy outside is electrohydraulic and the hinge out shaped graphic panels give a welcoming entrance and graphic feature. Flags on the rear and sail flags on the hinge out panels give the unit some external height and movement.
The use of glass and LED inside and out has transformed the unit into a modern open environment which the sales team will use to present the products to customers. There are two stools and a bench seat as well as coffee machine to add a bit of comfort and the air conditioning/ heating is mounted below the seating and ducted upwards to give a nice warm interior even in the middle of winter. The personnel door on the drivers side allows the unit to be loaded with literature without unfolding the hydraulic canopy and the full graphic wrap adds colour which can be changed as campaigns alter from year to year. This vehicle was built as a sister vehicle for two others built for Glow-worm, also part of the Vaillant Group.
