This 14 metre demonstration and hospitality unit has been commissioned by Case Agricultural equipment to give them a high tech way of presenting to their customers at events and provide a significant backdrop to their stands at shows which showcase their tractors and agricultural equipment. It has five hydraulic expansions, two large hydraulic expansion pods, two smaller hydraulic expansion pods and finally a hydraulic canopy and balcony on one of the large expansion pods. All the equipment and furniture is carried on board the trailer.
As with all our builds everything is built in-house from the chassis to the body, internal furniture, wiring, audio visual equipment, handrails, steps, flagpoles, braking system, and paintwork. The interior represents the CASE dealer modules which are installed in dealer networks with the three screens on the offside wall, but ours had to fold and hinge to allow the pods to stow for transit and the floors to lift to enable a fully flat floor in the two areas. We also installed a 75″ presentation screen in the rear, a 43″ screen in the VIP area and a massive outdoor 3 metre x 2 metre LED fully outdoor screen made from individual modules in the outside of one of the pods with its own hydraulic canopy to protect it and to provide an area of shade. The screens are all linked to HDMI switchers and Audio switchers along with Radio microphones, internal and external speakers for doing internal and external presentations.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, a VIP seating area seating 12 people made from modular furniture, also built in-house, which can be removed and set up elsewhere if required, seating for 30 people around large tables, and seating for 8 people on the balcony.
The external balconies feature polished stainless steel handrails and the windows can be folded back to give a fully open frontage to the balconies.
On onboard generator provides power and air conditioning units along with heaters provide the temperature control. LED colourchange lighting is featured throughout including the glass coffee table and the glass topped demonstration desk.
The customer couldn’t believe how much we had fitted into a single trailer and we were quite happy with the impact it gives with the full graphic wrap and all the lighting
