Isuzu Truck have commissioned a 3,500 Kg 4 metre draw-bar Trailer from Neat Vehicles with an expanding side. The trailer is one of three delivered to Isuzu to promote their Isuzu Dmax pickup truck. The trailer is a new design which gives the smallest footprint for an expandable enclosed trailer but still gives the impression of a larger hospitality unit and has all the features of the larger trailers in our range. The graphics are yet to be fitted on the internal and external surfaces and the flags are also not yet fitted but will be similar to the 5.5 metre unit previously delivered to Isuzu.
The trailer has a body length of 4 metres and like the 5.5 metre unit has a single sided hydraulic expansion which has the ability to be either fully enclosed with hinge-out glazing and a double door, or with the glass folded back and with polished stainless steel handrails for safety to give a fully open front. The draw-bar pivots around to the offside of the unit and an aluminium cover drops over this to give the impression that it isn’t a trailer when set up on site. This unit can also be fitted with the optional fold out end mouldings like the 5.5 metre unit and would take the trailer to about 11 metres long when fully set up. In its current set up the customer asked for small fold round display panels to keep the plot size to a minimum as it is designed for smaller events. It has the same angled banner type flagpoles and hydraulic canopy which gives a good external undercover area for external furniture. The double steps lead up into the interior which has a surprising amount of room inside, the curved reception gives an immediate impression when you enter and the full kitchen on the right side has a sink and full size fridge. To the left inside the unit is the bespoke furniture all made in our factory, with modular seats containing storage below and a glass topped LED table, also with storage below. The poseur tables and stools are designed to be able to fit inside or outside so that whatever the weather there is maximum seating available. With LED feature lighting at the top of the walls, built into the curved counter and the Isuzu LED back-lit logo, the unit has a modern appearance, which is complimented by the grey oak safety floor and white high gloss panelling. The back-lit display panels which have yet to have graphics fitted are A1 in size and are backed up by a 55″ LED screen in the centre. Below the screen is a custom shelving unit, also with built in LED colour-change lighting operated by remote control. An external locker contains all the electrics and hydraulics.
