The Client
We were approached by My Vital Metrics, a London- based company who have a laboratory for assessing health and human performance for athletes, sportspeople and the general public who want to know how their fitness is progressing.
The Objective
My Vital Metrics came to us looking for a custom vehicle that will help them to take their services on the road and provide a mobile laboratory for undertaking sports and fitness assesments
Speed of setup was critical for the team at My Vital Metrics so it was also vital that the vehicle could be deployed quickly wherever it went, and by one person.
The Result
To help achieve My Vital Metrics goals, we built a custom fully hydraulic 5,500kg mobile clinic vehicle.
This was made using an 8.5 metre-long Fiat Ducato with a Neat body and alko tandem axle chassis.
We upgraded the vehicle to 5,500 Kg from 5,000 Kg by fitting air suspension and then we fitted the body scanner and upgraded the chassis with Auto levelling hydraulic legs
