The Client
We were approached by Brisant Secure, a local company who produce the high security Ultion Locks range as well as door furniture and related products to produce a mobile showroom for them.
The Objective
Brisant Secure came to us looking for a custom vehicle that will help them to take their products on the road and provide a mobile showroom to showcase their products. They needed something which was small enough to drive on a standard car licence but big enough to showcase their range when visiting potential clients.
The Result
To help achieve Brisant Secure’s goals, we built a custom 3,500kg mobile showroom vehicle.
This was built on a Renault Master Platform cab with a 4.8 metre body and low floor.

Ultion proudly announces the launch of its new demo van, “The Lockdown Express,” affectionately shortened to “Ellie”. This mobile showcase is equipped with Ultion’s full product range, including a full-size Ultion Bolt demo, designed to travel across the UK and bring Ultion’s products directly to both potential and existing customers. Over recent years, Ultion has significantly expanded its range, moving from primarily cylinder locks to a wide range of door hardware solutions. The Lockdown Express is equipped with all that Ultion has to offer, including a life-size demonstration of the Ultion Bolt, locks, door hardware, and the Ultion NUKI smart lock.
