Aico reduce deployment times with new 5,600 Kg Neat Displayflex Auto setup Exhibition and Training Vehicle

The Client

Aico who have been leading smoke and safety alarms manufacturers since 1990, have been at the cutting edge of design and innovation and are part of the Ei group of companies.

The Objective

To provide a new more flexible vehicle to the sales and training teams with a quicker set up and dismantle time, without sacrificing space or style.

The Result

We designed the internal and external layout of the vehicle with a symmetrical look and automated as much as we could to bring down the set-up times significantly over their existing units by adding a hydraulic pod instead of the hydraulic canopy and floor arrangement on their old units.

Vehicle Features

  • Full graphic wrap to outside
  • 5 metre hydraulic pod extends out 1.45 metres
  • Internally mounted 75″ LED screen fitted into column on display wall
  • LED Backlit Logo on outside of pod above double doors
  • 8 Stand-off display panels fitted to walls with products and graphics fitted
  • Cabinets along rear wall below display panels with feature top and bottom LED colour-change lighting
  • Bose soundbar fitted below screen.
  • Windows and front doors can fold in to give open frontage
  • Double steps hinge down and polished stainless handrails drop in.
  • Solar panels fitted to roof and linked to Solar charger, 4 No. Lithium batteries and mains inverter giving 240 Volts power in the vehicle
  • Flush hydraulic floor with no wheel arches gives flexibility of layouts
  • Small 240 Volt fridge fitted in lower cabinets
  • LED colour-change lighting on walls and LED superbright lighting on ceilings
  • Self levelling hydraulic legs with remote control powered from vehicle batteries
  • External display panels with rear panel able to hinge round back for smaller plots.
  • Central Table with fold down Aico panel and able to be desk height or Counter height.
